Information Security Policy
Basic Policy on Information Security

We believe it is our responsibility to protect the information entrusted to us by our customers and business partners, and our own information resources in order to provide better logistics solutions and contribute to the development of society. We hereby declare that we have established and will implement a basic policy for information security.
- We have established an information security management system and will strive to properly manage information resources.
- We implement internal rules and regulations in accordance with this basic policy.
- We provide the ongoing training necessary to ensure information security.
- We strive to implement best suited manual, organizational, and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage, falsification, loss, theft, damage, or obstruction of the use of our information resources.
- In the unlikely event of a security breach of our information resources, we will promptly investigate the cause of the breach, minimize the damage, and prevent recurrence.
- We will observe laws, ordinances, state policies, and other social conventions concerning information security.
- We will continuously review and improve the aforementioned activities.
